In this podcast, we talked about how fitness trackers aid in promoting good health, how technology has changed and improved, and how social media has impacted people’s health. We all learned a lot about each topic, and were able to bounce off of each other and have good, flowing discussions. We also all learned how to make and edit a podcast and upload it to Soundcloud. This experience was very cool and it helped us to remember the information we learned!
